Joint co-operation with associated Telecom companies in the design and development of network products to meet specific client requirements.

To continuously provide, improve and develop our high quality products and equipment to meet the increasing demands of both the domestic and overseas market.

• Company established in Taipei, OEM by client .

1987

• Develop the domestic and overseas market .

1989-1990

• Hong Kong branch office opened and Shyr Yan factory move to Dongguan in China for developing more business and service

1991-1993

• 1994 approval by Belgium PTT with certificate obtained and win the product contract awarded from Belgium Telecos. Win South African production contract authorized for telephone jacks adaptors and plug.

1994

• ERP system set up for operation in business speedily in Taipei.

1995

• Dongguan plant achieved ISO-9002 status in October.

1996

• 1997 Quality and standards control monitored and improved in order to achieve further ISO accreditation.

1997

• 1998 New plant installed, increasing production capacity due to expanding sales. ERP system implemented over all factory sites. British ATI network equipment introduced and functional

1998

• In award of ISO-90001 certificate in December. Total Quality Management strengthened in the plant operations and Zhan-Xin hardware tooling factory established.

1999

• Management system build up and the goal for setting. BON Electronic Factory established

2000

• ERP II management system implemented and upgrade the new high speed wideband network enhances inter-site communications and efficiency between two coasts .

2001

• Internal training scheme introduced for QS-9000 quality management system.

2002

• July target set and achieved to obtain QS-9000 quality management system certificate. Factory area enlarged and ATI test equipment set up accomplisehd.

2003

• Drive to achieve compliance with ISO-9001: 2000 quality management system and ISO14000 environment management system undertaken. ATOP cable plant established.

2004

• ISO9001:2000 quality management system and ISO14000 environment management system certificates awarded. New plant at Yi-Cheng established

2005

• TL-9000 quality management system certification awarded. RoHS test equipment installed and internal training scheme on hazardous material control introduced

2006

• Extensive QC080000 investigation of environmental impact analysis undertaken, based on global product distribution.
